Return Conditions

The packaging of the product must not be damaged, wet or the product must not be used.

The product must be returned with all its accessories and original box.

Returns of the following product groups are accepted if their packaging is unopened, untested, intact and unused.

  • Products that are not suitable for health and hygiene (cosmetics and personal care products, perfume, epilator, shaver, headphones, underwear, swimsuit, bikini, etc.)
  • Copiable software and programs (DVD, VCD, CD, cassettes, etc.)
  • Book and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.)

Returns of disposable products and products that deteriorate quickly or may expire are not accepted.

After we receive your return package, if there is no defect in the product or packaging, your refund will be paid to you within the legal period (10 days).

Order cancellation

You can easily cancel your orders that you purchased from our website www.itsold.com.tr but abandoned for any reason, if they have not been delivered to the cargo. Shipping costs of the returned order belong to the buyer.

If the product is sent incomplete or defective by IT'SOLD, the shipping costs for order returns will be covered by our company.

Damaged or Defective Product Shipment

During the delivery of your order, open the package in front of the courier and check the damage status of the product. In case of possible damage, ask the courier who delivered your order to prepare a 'Damage Assessment Report' and do not accept the product and return it in the same way.
